Route

  • Route package protection is offered to you at checkout for a small fee.
  • When you add package protection, you are protected against loss, theft or damage at no cost to you after the initial small fee is collected at checkout.
  • Route gives you the tools you need to self-resolve any issues you encounter.
  • A replacement is processed in moments
  • Please note that if you do not select Route at checkout, Marullo Nail Co cannot replace or refund your order if it has been lost, stolen, or damaged. By purchasing any products on Marullo Nail Co. website, the customer agrees to these terms.

     Processing Times

    Processing times are currently 2-4 business days. New releases, sales, and holidays will cause longer processing times around 5-7 business days. Please know that I do not ship orders on weekends or holidays, but I do my best to get all orders out as fast as I can, taking frequent trips to the post office to ensure that your orders ship in a timely manner. I will occasionally post shipping updates in our Facebook group. If you have any questions, please let me know. 

    You have up to one hour after placing your order to cancel or make any changes. Once the order is shipped, however, I am unable to accommodate any cancellations or special requests. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If for any reason you have not received tracking information in your email after 48 hours, let me know and I will keep an eye on it. 

    At this time, we will only ship to all 50 states in the US and Canada. This is subject to change without notice.
